2. Eligibility

4. Custom Orders

  • Team & Club Orders

By submitting custom artwork, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the design.
  • You have permission to use any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted content.
  • CapFlexi is not responsible for intellectual property violations submitted by customers.

Custom orders enter production once approved and may not be cancelled after production begins.

 

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise stated.

We accept approved payment methods available at checkout, including:

  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards
  • Digital Wallets
  • Buy Now Pay Later services (where available)

Prices may change without prior notice.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only.

Factors affecting delivery include:

  • Production time
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Customs clearance
  • Public holidays

CapFlexi is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

 

7. Returns & Exchanges

Standard Products

Unused standard products may be eligible for return or exchange within [7/14] days of delivery.

Products must be:

  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Custom Products

Custom-made products, including custom patches and personalized caps, are non-refundable and non-returnable unless:

  • The item arrives damaged.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • There is a manufacturing defect.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production or shipment.

Once a custom order enters production, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

  • Product designs
  • Images
  • Graphics
  • Text
  • Branding

remain the property of CapFlexi and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. User Content

When submitting custom artwork or designs, you grant CapFlexi permission to:

  • Review the design
  • Produce the requested product
  • Use non-confidential designs for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested

We reserve the right to reject designs that contain:

  • Offensive content
  • Illegal content
  • Hate speech
  • Trademark violations
  • Copyright infringements

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CapFlexi shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Delayed deliveries
  • Third-party service failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.

12. Warranty

Products are covered against manufacturing defects for a reasonable period following delivery.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper washing, or customer damage are not covered.

13. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We respect customer privacy and process personal information in accordance with applicable laws.

14. Force Majeure

CapFlexi shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including:
